Hi there. My name is Frank Showalter. I’m a guy old enough to recognize the names Trap-Jaw, Wheeljack, and Flint, to have seen Ghostbusters and Back to the Future on the big screen, and to remember MTV when it played nothing but videos. Now, I’m a software developer living and working in Northern Virginia.

This site is something of an aggregator for all my online activity. I’ve got a Movie Log where I post short reviews of all the flicks I see, and there’s the Link Blog where I post all the funny, wonderful, and interesting things I come across in my travels on the interwebs. I’ve also got a writing blog, Bad Words, where I chronicle my attempts at storytelling. And if that’s not enough, you can follow me on Twitter.
